Shipping policy

Shipping Methods: We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. Our shipping cost typically ranges from $8.10 to $8.30 per order (subject to USPS rates for domestic/regional areas).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. If you place an order on weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the following business day. Please check your inbox for updates. 

Order Tracking: Once your order is ready for shipping, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email. Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out for seamless communication. Track your order using our Track Order or the USPS website. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location/region. You'll receive a tracking number upon shipment to monitor your package's journey. Track your order using our Track Order or the USPS website. 

Lost or Damaged Packages: Should your package get lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address post-order placement, get in touch with us ASAP. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible once the order is with USPS.

Returns: Please reach out to us directly for instructions on returning items. We'll provide you with the necessary guidance. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping: While we seldom receive international orders, feel free to contact our customer service to inquire about the possibility. We'll guide you through the process if feasible.

The shipping cost shown on your invoice is an estimate and may change before shipping. We'll inform you of any adjustments beforehand.

Please note, that for international orders, customers are responsible for any custom fees. RC Hope Shop won't cover additional shipping costs.
